State-based Tote pools across Australia have been combined into a single national Tote ('One Pool'), meaning there is now only one set of Tote dividends nationwide.
This industry-wide change may affect the prices available and how some Tote bets are settled. Tote (TO) now represents the combined national Tote ('One Pool'), while Tote+ (TO+) returns the better of the Tote dividend and Starting Price (SP).
Other rules:Only final field runners subject to deductions
Selections: 8-9-4-2
CRIES AND WHISPERS had been coming along well prior to missing the start at Echuca. Another 200m suits BRAVE SUMMIT who finished off nicely at debut. ISLE OF MONA ran well at Flemington at her debut, contesting a G2 next time out. Like her back on the grass. SONG'N'DANCE was not too far away at debut. BIG TROUBLE showed pace at her first start; might be in this for longer. The debutants - like the work done late by FROSTED STEELE in a Donald jump-out; her G3 winning dam found form quickly. VALOUR VINO also did her best work late in an Echuca heat. The dam of WHITE SAPPHIRE won her first five.
