Handy maiden. FRINGILLA looks suited to this trip after two solid performances thus far in strong maidens. The box seat looks likely with Craig Williams aboard. She'll get strong opposition from MURSHIDI who finished just behind her on debut before his good placing last time. 1300m was too short for KING WINSTON first go (behind Murchidi/Fringilla) but his 1600m run last time was solid. The one who defeated him finished 2nd in a strong BM66 on Sunday. CHALLENGING did well to finish a close 4th at Kilmore last time given the torrid run he had. He draws low here so he should get a kinder run. 1765m looks no issue. TRENTINO chased home a couple of handy 3yos here last time. That form ties in with the 3yos here that look hardest to beat. SHEISTHEBOSS is very fit and ready to win the right maiden.
