YOUMZAA has the pace to use the inside draw and ran top race on debut on the big Bendigo track so will be suited here. Winner of that race was on debut and ran significantly faster time (about nine lengths) than BM66 winner. Ran slick last 400 at meeting level. Competition from unraced looks good. AVERY ANNA sat wide in Flemington jump out on Good ground, but did respond when asked. Big winning family Alligator Blood, Typhoon Tracy etc. VOLTRIX sat on pace in Seymour jumpout then moved clear nicely to win with ears pricked. BIG LAP sat back and made up a lot of ground in most recent jumpout at Cranbourne. Nice jumpout against Highbrow and Cosmic Voyage on Good 4 at Caulfield Heath previously. FIRST ACT was slow out and got very keen in Flemington jump out but finished it off well. Barking Mad, Sandown winner, and Sydney BM72 placegetter was along side. Ran well enough in metro maiden in Sydney on debut. SERVENIA was much better last start with the tongue tie again and good track.
