End the day with a 1200m C1 where sixteen can run but won't, not even close to capacity. I look forward to the day when every scratching has the reason published in the stewards reports. The can't all be unwell can they? Fussy trainers? Fussy owners? Dual acceptors? You know it makes sense. Any/all of no's 4,7,8,9,10,11,14,16,18 could have designs on settling handy if not actually leading. As things stand Schweida and Vandyke are good for three, Gollan just two, Wilson one for now, but he might wind up with two too. And, as things stand five resume, that could become as much as seven. For all of those reasons it's a race where I'd be swayed by the markets moves. For now there's just two I can mention with logic on side. The resuming MELDUBIOUS creates interest, ran a nice 2nd only prior fresh and has been fitted for this with a very nice recent trial win. WHISPERING ROGUE strips fitter, drops in class.
