Eight race card, late start. Kick things off with a 1000m 2yo maiden where ten can run. As things stand all ten will be on debut. All have had at least one public trial but only two have trialed on this track so there is not nearly enough info to form an educated opinion as to who best will cope with the surface, the turn into the straight etc. Logic dictates give the locally trained plenty of thought. MISHANI ROZAY (won 650m Deagon trial), SUMMER SENSATION (won 1000m Deagon trial), the stablemate HIGH AUTHORITY (2nd Doom trial), and the 2nd emergency CHERRY BOMSHELL which was badly held-up and should have gone much closer in the MM Debut race back on Jan 17. I will never understand why those that have raced well depend on a first starter to scratch to get a run in a maiden. For various reasons this game needs a shake up at times, and this is one great example. In summary big bet 12 to win if justice is seen to be done. Otherwise, keeping out.
