CENTURIAL (1) hasn't been beaten far in all 5 runs to date and he went down fighting after racing on the pace last start in May. Not asked for much from the tail in narrow trial win early this month. Take beating here. ZAC GARY (2) has led and been swamped late in both runs after a spell. Fitter now & course experience a plus. Big chance. APOTHEOSIS (4) got home well form a mile back when fresh here two starts back then better start but still well back and charged home here last time. Must be kept safe. HANDSTAND (6) comes in fresh here after placing in both runs back in January. Sound placing at the trials here after leading Sept 1. O'VALERIE (7) was swamped late after leading at Ellerslie on debut in December. Two sound trials in recent weeks. Expecting a strong run.
