MELEK was a beaten odds on favourite at Seymour but it was good run for this 2400m race. He didn't get the solid tempo he had at Ballarat when narrowly beaten. He ran through the line well at Seymour. He's bred to win a Grand Annual so he'll relish the 2400m. YAHOO BAR did a great job on speed at Seymour. Love the fight he showed. On paper, a softer run on speed seems likely. CELTIC PARK was an eyecatcher late behind MELEK at Ballarat before his narrow defeat last time. He stays well. AMAWASHA keeps running well. He's in nice and light and he will stay all day. ONLY OPERA shapes like 2400m will suit.
