Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. RED GATE (3) scored at her most recent appearance, getting home by 2 lengths over 2000m at this track. That continued the good form this campaign, with two wins and two minor placings from five starts. Leading player again. ROCK FLAVOR (9) is back from a spell of five-and-a-half months and does go well when fresh, including a win to launch last campaign over 2000m at this track. Capable of playing a major role. BELGARATH (10) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a seventh over 2000m at Kawasaki. Good enough on his day and can play a prominent role.
