MEISHO HAKKEI (13) closed last prep with a fifth over 1600m at Kyoto on November 30. Worth noting that she opened the last campaign with a minor placing at Chukyo over 1200m. Rates highly on best figures so a bright return will not surprise. RAVENEAU (11) closed last prep 11 weeks ago when she finished third over 1600m at this track. Sparingly raced filly who should be in for a big prep. EPIC QUEEN (5) has not appeared since she scored on debut over 1400m at this track on October 18. Obviously smart and should measure up.
