Great chance to add to his impressive record. AMAKIHI (5) turned in a better run last time to finish second over 2500m at Nakayama after being in the firing line on the corner. The engagement of Takeshi Yokoyama is noteworthy. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. FEIERN KRANZ (3) returns from a spell of five months. Was safely held at the only appearance last prep when 12th over 2200m in the G2 Asahi Hai St Lite Kinen (Japanese St Leger Trial) at Nakayama. Makes plenty of appeal coming back to this level. PANJA (11) is back from a spell of ten weeks. Raced once last campaign and finished third over 2000m at this track. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. One of the better hopes.
