Doesn't win out of turn but rarely far way and this easiest race in a while. Gets chance. TONIKEN SAMBA (12) started at $3.30 last time and ran below expectations, finishing fifth and beaten 4 lengths at Nakayama Dirt over 1200m. The engagement of Akira Sugawara is noteworthy. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. SILFLAY (9) ran below expectations when fresh from a spell at Nakayama Dirt over 1200m last time, finishing sixth and beaten 7 lengths after being prominent at the turn. Has started four times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Fitter again and placed 3/4 when second-up. Definite winning hope. ECORO CADIZ (4) hasn't been far away lately, last time out finishing just 1.1 lengths back in fourth over 1150m at Fukushima Dirt. Should be poised just off the lead. In the mix.
