His form improved noticeably after joining Mark Newnham last season, winning twice from 5 starts, and he looks capable of taking another step forward this season. MEGA MASTERMIND (2) should roll forward and attempt to dictate from the front. His latest trial was sharp and he can give them plenty to peg back. TOP TO SKY (13) ended last season with back-to-back wins after the blinkers went on. The class rise is the test, but the light weight and good gate give him every chance to figure right in the finish. ETALON OR (1) resumes after a lengthy break and has won first-up previously at this track. He is a must for wider plays, so watch the market moves.
