SAMJEONG BLUE (2) resumes after three months off the back of a COND A win at this track, beating Sincheon Heart by just over a length, and the one-from-one record at 1700m gives him the most compelling profile. CHRYSOL STEP (9) is still a maiden, but he was close enough when fifth to Lucky Sunny on soft ground and has placed two times from five starts at this venue, so he has more upside than many of the exposed runners. AMOS BULPAE (11) is the fascinating runner after winning his only start by eight lengths in COND A company at this track; the long absence and first go around 1700m are the reservations, though the raw ability is obvious. LUCKY SUNNY (1) was disappointing behind Pomade last start, but his prior win over Lucky Joy and proven track-and-trip form keep him in the minor-winning discussion.
