ROSE MEISTER (10) ran on strongly but just failed to pick up the winner last start over 2100m at Tokyo Dirt. Long overdue for a win with a host of minors lately. Hard to beat in this suitable race. MEISHO KUMOI (3) is a genuine type with two minor placings from three starts this time in work. Was prominent throughout and finished 4 lengths from the winner in second last start over 1800m at Kyoto Dirt. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. NISHINO KENTAMAN (12) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing fifth at Nakayama Dirt over 1800m. Best figures measure up nicely. Can do a lot better. CURREN WRAP STAR (2) finished sixth two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 1800m at this track, beaten 2.5 lengths. Nicely placed to maintain the form.
