MEINER JUGEND (10) showed early speed from an outside draw last time out and led for much of the way before finding a couple better at the end of 1200m at this track. Rates highly and will be hard to peg back. GENTEN (9) remains a maiden after four runs. Had plenty of admirers last time but could only manage to finish fourth over 1300m at Tokyo Dirt. Rates highly in this field and can turn things around. HARUHIME (13) showed good early pace last time and battled on gamely to finish just half a length from the winner in second over 1200m at this track when first-up from a spell. Has the gate speed to overcome a wide draw. Likely improver with strong prospects. RYUSEI KOTEI (11) finished second last start at the first run back from a spell over 1000m at this track, beaten 4 lengths. Fitter for that run. Must be respected.
