CRANFORD (11) finished 1.5 lengths from the winner in fourth last time out in the G2 Hanshin Himba Stakes over 1600m. Form over this journey is strong, boasting four wins from eight starts. Strong effort last time in much tougher company. Well placed and sure to prove tough to beat. ARTE VELOCE (9) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a spell on February 21, finishing sixth and beaten 4.5 lengths over 1400m in the G3 Hankyu Hai at Hanshin. Comes back in class and goes well fresh. Among the leading players. GLORIA LAUS (6) last appeared when he finished 12th over 1400m in the G3 Hankyu Hai at Hanshin on February 21. Resuming in easier over favourite trip. Definite winning hope. GRAY IN GREEN (5) ran a better race last start, finishing 4.5 lengths away in sixth over 1600m at Hanshin. Better than recent efforts suggest.
