NICE PLAY ASK (15) finished second, beaten a neck, when resuming from a spell last start over 1600m at this track after she was prominent at the turn. Nicely placed to go one better. CADEAU DE DIEU (9) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1600m at this track, beaten 4.5 lengths. Fitter so can figure in the finish.
