IMPACT SEA (5) lines up for the first time since November 15. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 1600m at Nakayama. Has found a suitable race to launch this prep. LA TRACE (1) resumes. Wasn't far away at the only run last time in work, finishing fourth over 1600m at Kyoto four months ago. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Best form puts him right in this. WIN VERANO (13) resumes. Didn't make an impact at his only run last prep on November 15, finishing seventh and beaten 7 lengths over 1800m at Fukushima. Commendable record at this trip with a win and five minor placings. Winning claims on best figures. MIKKI STARDOM (2) was well fancied but below his best at the last run before a break on November 15, finishing 15th over 1600m at Kyoto. Starts this prep with Yamato Tsunoda taking charge. Must be respected.
