WIN SHUKRAN (7) made a strong return from a layoff last time out in a maiden steeplechase (2860m) at this track, finishing third when partnered by today's jockey. Can kick on from that run and will be right there again. MEISHO HALE (9) didn't do a bad job last time out when he finished fourth on his jumps debut in a maiden steeplechase (2860m) at this track. Will benefit greatly from that run and a top three finish looks on the cards. KEITEN AIJIN (6) has not appeared since he finished 5 lengths away in ninth on the flat over 1200m at Hanshin on December 20. Tackles the jumps for the first time. Should be schooled well enough to run a decent race.
