MIKKI JUMP (7) is back at the races for the first time since May 16. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last prep over 2000m at Hanshin. Rates highly and is likely to be prominent. LONG TALL SALLY (4) is a talented filly who was well held last time out in the tougher race won by Juryoku Pierrot over 2400m at Tokyo, beaten 4.5 lengths into 11th. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Huge class drop for this after tackling the top level latest. Top chance. FLAME STAR (5) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 4.5 lengths when fifth in a 1800m contest at Hanshin six weeks ago after being in the firing line on the corner. Has his share of talent. Speedy type off a low draw and is worth another chance. GRASBERG (8) is back from a spell of three months. Closed last prep as a winner, taking out a 2000m contest at Fukushima by a neck. Sure to be competitive.
