A SHIN PULSAR (8) was in a different class last time, sitting just off the speed before letting down impressively for a 2-length win at Sonoda over 1230m. Wataru Hirose stays aboard. Sure to play a big role. CEPHEID LOOP (5) drew wide and was pretty plain last time despite solid market support when sixth at this course and distance. Can bounce back. FLASH KELLY (7) returns from a spell of six months. Was safely held at the only appearance last prep when eighth over 1200m at Chukyo Dirt. Has switched to the Taro Nagashima stable over the break. One of the main contenders here in easier. ANGLER (6) ran a nice race last time out, finishing third over 1230m at Sonoda. Set to run well again.
