Meets some better types this time but he has the talent to test this line-up. WONDER COLORFUL (10) produced a good effort last start when second over 820m at Sonoda to make it two minor placings from three runs this preparation. Should be poised just off the lead. Can play a major role. ALLENATORE (2) finished fourth last start over 820m at Sonoda after racing on the pace for much of the way. One of the main contenders. MINT JULEP (9) was far too good first up last start when she scored by 4 lengths over 820m at Sonoda. Fitter for that last hitout and is among the better chances.
