OMATSURI OTOKO (9) opened this campaign last start with a third, beaten 2 lengths, over 1400m at Sonoda. Sure to prove tough to stop. PACE SETTING (6) resumed over 1400m at Sonoda last start and was too good for his rivals, scoring by half a length. Fitter for that last hitout and looks a big threat to the top selection. OMEGA RAINBOW (5) returned from a spell a week-and-a-half ago when he was beaten 1.5 lengths into sixth over 1300m at Kochi. Strips fitter and can feature in the finish.
