WROTE A NEW PAGE (2) has been knocking on the door for a while, missing in a photo three back and going under by less than a length his past two. Bentley hops on board now and he has a good record aboard the gelding, having won 3/7. May need some luck early in the race but is going well enough to knock this over. LIVEANDLETLIVE (3) looks well positioned from the inside barrier after being gunned down in his past couple late in the race. Chadwick hops on board now and the rise to 2200m looks ideal, with a good record over the Sha Tin 2000m last season. Can dictate the speed and prove tough to run down. THE AUSPICIOUS (12) draws an inside gate today and that might be the key to his chances as he steps out to 2200m for the first time. He's been competitive in his past couple, though the rise in trip does look a big tick for him. Can bounce back to winning ways. CHARITY GAIN (8) missed last start after a good effort fresh, but looks well suited getting out in trip now.
