PODIUM (5) won well two back before a 1.5L defeat last time out over this same track and trip. The form out of his past couple has been solid and the ratings he's produced in those outings stack right up in this field. Should be doing his best work late in the race. CONCORDE STAR (6) landed midfield when off a short freshen last start and landed the knockout blow, winning comfortably by 1.5L Drawn wider this time which is a slight niggle, though the way he powered away to win last start was very impressive. Wouldn't surprise to see him repeat the dose. NEBRASKAN (1) continues to knock on the door but couldn't fend off Concorde Star last time out when leading throughout, beaten 1.5L. He has won a trial since and has the speed to work across from the wide draw. Should get his chance again. HAPPY BOYS (4) finished off well in that same race last time out and Purton remains in the saddle. Can feature once again.
