Back to a more favourable trip and can return to winning ways. BLACK SHALIMAR (4) boxed on to finish second last start over 1800m at Kyoto, beaten a neck, when resuming from a spell. Has the ability to give the favourite a few headaches. A SHIN TEASER (5) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 1600m at Kyoto, beaten only 0.8 lengths after being prominent at the bend. Heading the right way and should feature in the finish. FLAME STAR (2) was beaten 6 lengths into fifth over 1600m at Tokyo Dirt at his latest appearance. One for the exotics.
