JOY BOY (11) resumes. Didn't make an impact at his only run last prep on June 14, finishing fourth and beaten 3.5 lengths over 2400m at Tokyo. Worth plenty of thought. BETTLES (15) comes here off a break of three-and-a-half months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last time in work over 2400m at this track. Definite top-three chance.
