Expecting he will be fully wound-up for this. OKINI (4) returns after about 18 months in the paddock. Kicked off the last prep with a solid second in a 3210m steeplechase at Nakayama, beaten 6 lengths. Presents a serious threat. LORD LIBERACION (8) returned from a spell last start with a modest fourth in a steeplechase (2890m) at Niigata. Generally goes well second up, with two wins from four runs. Expecting plenty of improvement. NATURE SHIP (7) finished 13th the start before last at Kokura on the flat. Did a much better job last time when he got the cash with 6 lengths to spare in a maiden steeplechase (2970m) at this track. Prior to that run the eight-year-old had moved to the Hatakeyama yard. Sure to measure up again.
