LOGI CAPE (2) is racing well. Scored at Kokura two back then finished third, beaten 2 lengths, over 1200m at Nakayama at the latest appearance six weeks ago. Should settle handy in the run. Sure to be in the finish. HAPPY LUCKY (14) finished fourth when resuming two runs back then did a good job last start but found one better over 1200m at Nakayama, beaten only 1.5 lengths. Finds a tougher race but a win is not out of the question. MOONLIT ISLE (7) resumes from a spell of nine weeks. Has filled a minor placing at both first-up runs including last prep when second over 1200m at Kyoto. One of the better prospects. MELONE (16) was too good for a maiden field last start over 1200m at Chukyo, scoring by half a length. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Harder here but should be involved in the finish.
