SHOW STOPPER (1) failed last start over 1980m at Addington in a run that may be worth forgiving as she did not enjoy the best draw. Had been racing well before that, with a win and two placings from her previous three outings. No excuses from this advantageous draw. Although it doesn't get any easier she is capable of a far better outcome. THE QUEENS GAMBIT (10) made a nice return at her latest appearance two weeks ago, finishing 0.8 metres away in second over 1609m at Central Southland Raceway. Should enjoy a nice smother from this draw and will be looking for a split at some stage. This looks a sterner test than last time but she is fitter for that last hit-out and cap-able of another big performance. MIKI'S DEAL (6) didn't do a bad job when fifth over 1980m at Addington last time out. Each-way chance. EBONEZY (3) is the next elect off a last-start win by 0.8 metres at Central Southland Raceway over 1609m.
