YOUNEVERKNOW (11) took on the good three year-olds during the Addington carnival and performed well, placing in the Ascent before a NZ Derby fourth. Gives away 20m at the handicap but will enjoy a class drop and owns a good record at this circuit and distance. Looks very well placed. ILLICIT LOVE (9) also comes through the NZ Derby and while he wasn't up to that he was good when runner-up here three back. Contender. PARAMOUNT SPUR (7) goes back 10m in the handicap but took his strike rate at this venue to 50 per cent when scoring last week. SANS AU REVOIR (10) could be close to a win after placing in her last three outings here.
