MELATI BOY (3) looks close to a win after placing in his last three outings, the two most recent coming at this circuit and distance. Both were from wider draws than this so he gets his chance to break through. LITTLE COOL (4) is knocking on the door having recorded back-to-back seconds here, beating Melati Boy home each time. Draws outside that rival this time but the hoof is on the till. ROLL THE ACES (2) draws much better than he did last start and had been producing some solid efforts prior. CRIMSON ROCK (6) drops in grade on the last attempt and had recorded a Wagga win and a second here from the previous two starts so can do much better.
