Sydney Roosters vs Gold Coast Titans Prediction – Round 10 2026

06/05/2026|SB Staff|NRL Expert Predictions & Tips

The competition’s hottest team will be out to notch a sixth straight win as the Sydney Roosters take a home game to Polytec Stadium in Gosford against the Gold Coast Titans on Friday night.

The Roosters continued their imperious form against the Broncos last week, winning 38-24 to move into third on the ladder. Meanwhile, the Titans, coming off the bye, started slowly against the Raiders and fell 28-12 at home.

In response, Josh Hannay has turned to a new halves pairing, with debutant Zane Harrison at halfback and Jayden Campbell shifting to five-eighth. Winger Jensen Taumoepeau will also debut, while Oliver Pascoe, Klese Haas and Cooper Bai are all set to start after being on the bench last week.

Injuries to Mark Nawaqanitawase and Lindsay Collins see Cody Ramsey and Spencer Leniu come into the starting side for the Roosters.

Gold Coast caused a 30-12 upset in this matchup last year, but they are long odds to do so again here. For the latest news, odds and analysis ahead of this match, check out our Roosters vs Titans tips and predictions below.

Roosters vs Titans Prediction and Betting Tips

Head-to-Head Prediction

The bye appeared to do more harm than good for the Gold Coast who returned to losing ways last start.

Their prospects of returning to the winner’s circle don’t appear to be all that flash this week, with the red-hot Roosters waiting for them at Polytec Stadium in Gosford.

An explosive first-half saw them blow defending Premiers the Brisbane Broncos off the park last week, with new recruit Daly Cherry-Evans showing just why the Tri-colours decided to gamble on a 37-year-old to lead their side.

Look to Daly to once again guide the Chooks to victory here, against a Titans side currently languishing in 14th.

Betting tip: Sydney Roosters.

First Try Scorer Prediction

Class really is permanent as the seemingly ageless Daly Cherry-Evans has shown in the Roosters recent red-hot run.

The former Queensland captain, darted over for a classy four-pointer last week and we are hunting some value by backing him to do so again here.

We’ve got a pretty secure stat line on our side too as in three of Gold Coast's last four matches, the opposition's starting five-eighth has scored a try.

Betting tip: Daly Cherry-Evans.

Over/Under Prediction

Each of Sydney's last six matches have gone over the total match points line.

Betting tip: Over (55.5) total match points.
