Adelaide Crows vs North Melbourne Kangaroos Prediction - Round 10 2026
13/05/2026|Josh Jenkins|AFL Tips & Predictions
The Crows host the much-improved North Melbourne Kangaroos at Adelaide Oval for Round 10 of the AFL Season.
Trending in opposite directions, Adelaide look to have found their groove, securing a fourth win from their last five matches against Richmond last week.
After a slow start to the year, Izak Rankine looks to be back to his best, totalling 33 disposals and a goal against the hapless Tigers defence.
Matthew Nicks' men will be desperate to re-claim their home ground advantage; after being subjected to a straight sets exit in front of the home fans in the 2025 finals series.
North Melbourne on the other hand have limped to a fourth defeat from their last five matches via last Saturday’s 105-97 result against Sydney at Marvel Stadium.
The loss was genuinely a strong showing against the competition leaders – North forced the Swans to compete until the very end to earn their victory.
This is a new and improved North Melbourne team, no doubt – but it won’t mean anything if they can’t make a run to top 10.
As of now the Kangaroos are sitting at 12th – at risk of losing touch entirely with another loss here.
It’s not quite make or break for the Kangas but they’ll have no shortage of motivation going into this one.

Adelaide Crows vs North Melbourne Kangaroos Prediction and Betting Tips
Head-to-Head Prediction
This is a fascinating contest for both sides. The Roos are now at that stage where they can test the best but not beat the best… yet.
And Adelaide are still trying to claw back some of their 2025 form as injuries and off-field heartbreak play their part.
The Crows looked clunky last week; missed opportunities going forward, big guns out of form, and a clear lack of punch from the back half unless the ball was in Wayne Milera Jr’s hands.
At Marvel Stadium, we would probably side with the Roos, but hopefully home cooking gives Adelaide just enough juice as they try to regain their A+ form.
North Melbourne will be desperate to maintain their rare momentum from earlier in the season as they bear the fruit of a long rebuild.
However, the Crows have added experience and highly rated youth to a red-hot lineup that should eventually overwhelm the visitors.
Head-to-head prediction: Adelaide Crows by 7 points.
First Goal Scorer Prediction
For the opening major, we are looking at Zane Duursma as a high-value bet.
The youngster has been getting harder to miss every week, quickly becoming one of North Melbourne's best performers this year and finding innovative ways to make an impact on the scoreboard.
With North looking to make a statement early, we like Duursma to exploit any lapses in the Crows' defence and open the scoring on Saturday afternoon.
Betting tip: Zane Duursma.
Most Disposals Prediction
We have Harry Sheezel stepping up for the Kangaroos and putting everything on the line to keep the score from blowing out.
Sheezel is such a competitor, with an unreal gas tank– and he’ll need it coming up against the in-form Adelaide mids.
We’re expecting Sheezel, now in his fourth-full season in the AFL - to outcompete Crows stars like Rankine and Dawson to have the biggest influence in this match.
Betting tip: Harry Sheezel.
