ARVERNI PRINCESS (6) produced a reasonable effort when fourth last start after being in contention on the corner over 1000m at Greyville All Weather, beaten 2.75 lengths. That followed a win at Greyville the start prior. Looks well placed with the claim and will take catching. YANNAKIS (9) finished 4 lengths from the winner in fourth last start after being in contention on the turn over 1200m at Greyville, an improvement on his eighth at Greyville All Weather the run before. Nicely placed to get the prize. PURPLE POWAHOUSE (1) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 1.75 lengths from the winner in third over 1200m at Greyville All Weather. Capable of featuring prominently.
