ONE GREAT DAY (4) has his first look at a turf track today on the back of a third first-up over 1400m at Palermo, beaten 4 lengths as favourite. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Best figures should see him run well. MR CHIC (3) turned in a good performance last time over 1200m at this track, finishing 3.5 lengths from the winner in third. The extra journey should play into his hands. Poses a serious threat. EXPENSIVE MEDAGLIA (2) is on debut for the Adrian Emilio Reisenauer stable. Four-year-old entire by Medaglia D'oro from Cost Benefit. Must be kept safe, particularly if there is a market lead. EL BARBA ROJA (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 2000m at this track, beaten 6 lengths into sixth. No surprise to see him in the mix.
