GRAN SABALERO (4) is close to breaking through after finishing second last start over 1400m at this track. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. PAPI CHULO (10) is a two-start maiden who was unplaced on debut then improved to finish second last time over 1400m at this track, beaten 2 lengths. Has good early pace. Expected to go well again. REVE D' ESPOIRE (13) is a well-related three-year-old colt making his first appearance at the races. By Imperador from Emerald Fire who has produced some fine gallopers, including a winner at G1 level. Looks one of the better chances despite a tricky barrier. JAZZ FUNK (7) is appearing for the first time. By Fortify and hails from the Agustin Pavlovsky stable. Worth watching for a betting push.
