Irish challenger KILL VANHOWE (4) is the standout. He impressed on debut under rules when 3.5L second in a 3800m Cork jumpers flat. Unlucky in running but can make amends here. Booking of Jordan Gainford is a major positive. KSAR D'OUDAIRIES (5) is a fascinating runner for the Mickey Bowen stable. Was a noted purchase after storming 12L clear in his point-to-point. SHANE'S SPIRIT (10) is an interesting newcomer. The Getaway gelding is from a good family and it would be no surprise to see him figure. FISKARDO (3) rates the second string for Mickey Bowen. He is back off a 600-day break though his 0.5L second at Worcester in 2024 is promising.
