MARLA SINGER (3) recorded a strong maiden win over 1600m at this track last time, getting there by 3 lengths. Looks well placed and she is a great chance to go back-to-back. DONA VANIDAD (4) was comfortably accounted for when second last time out over 1400m at San Isidro, beaten 3.5 lengths. That followed a win at San Isidro at the previous outing. Meeting a tougher field but on her best form she is capable of testing her rivals. PORTEZUELA DEL SOL (6) registered a strong win two runs ago then turned in a nice run last time out when second over 1600m at this track, beaten a head. Nicely placed to play a leading role.
