MARSOOD (10) resumes as a stronger gelding after a 10-month break. His latest effort was a fifth over 1400m at this track in early January, and his new stable have produced him to win a recent trial on this track. He meets a modest maiden field, and is the one to beat. NA EEM (12) resumes after 9 months away, having finished well back over 1600m at Abu Dhabi to close his last campaign. He showed talent at the start of his career, and he will be ready to rumble fresh. JABAL JAIS (9) is another returning from a decent spell, but his fourth over 1400m here last time showed that he is heading the right way. He cops a good draw, and his top stable, will have him ready to run a big race fresh up. BENGHAZI STAR (7) is an interesting debutant by No Nay Never who impressed with a recent Jebel Ali trial win. Worth monitoring in the betting.
