ALPINE TRAIL (4) finished sixth when first-up from a spell last start over 2000m at this track after racing on the pace for much of the way. He hails from the powerful Charlie Appleby stable, strips fitter, and he can take this out. KING'S CHARTER (5) finished a battling ninth when resuming last start over 2000m at this track. He has a decent second-up record, and he will finish a lot loser this time. ACAPULCO BAY (1) resumes from a spell of three-and-a-half months. He has filled a minor placing at both first-up runs. Opened last prep with a second over 1609m at Naas, and he will be ready to rumble for his local debut, so check the market moves. AL AALI (2) is a four-year-old entire who is having his first run for the Fawzi Nass barn. He hasn't raced since finishing in the placings in stakes class at Marseille-Borely five months ago. The French Form usually stacks up nicely in this part of the world, and he has to be respected. Each way value.
