William Buick stays aboard, and he with the pick of the 2 from the Charlie Appleby stable, will give us a strong lead into who from that barn can win this. MAXIMIZED (3) found a couple marginally better when first-up from a spell last start over 1200m at this track after being prominent throughout. He is the second runner from the powerful Appleby stable, but he can still take this out. HILITANY (2) was well held over 1000m in the G2 Blue Point Sprint at this track last time out. He has good early speed, so he should take up a forward position, and he can make amends in this. POSTMODERN (7) returned from a spell four weeks ago when he was prominent at the bend before fading late into seventh over 1200m at this track. He strips fitter so can feature in the money this time..
