TUSCAN POINT (1) made a promising start for Adam Kirby proving a good winner at Lingfield Park nine days ago. Drawn well to strike from stall three and Pat Cosgrave gets on well with this gelding. SHALAA ASKER (3) brings plenty of experience. This eight year old has finished runner up on his last three starts and being drawn low in stall one could be an advantage though does need more back on the turf. MAHARAJAS EXPRESS (2) might appreciate dropping in trip having struggled with 1200m last time at Lingfield Park. Interesting. BIRKENHEAD (4) did well on the turf at Catterick however this is a tough ask.
