RED SMOKE (4) collected four victories at Bursa this year including a trio of grass handicaps from 1300m to 1400m. Her latest success came after several harder assignments though a return to 1600m does pose a stamina question. HOLA Y CHAO (2) was runner-up in a 2000m selling race on synthetic. Previously succeeded over shorter distances and his versatility offers encouragement. VALTROX (12) broke through tackling a longer trip on artificial footing and also placed contesting 1900m. NINE TREES (3) scored attempting 2100m here last week however has failed to place in three turf appearances. The surface switch looks a risk.
