BESNİ (1) finished runner-up and third in two synthetic starts here before being beaten narrowly over 1200m on grass last week. That record bodes well revisiting artificial footing although 1500m is uncharted territory. ÇİLDUTAY (10) managed five seconds this season. Placed tackling track and trip and her latest fourth followed a Bursa eighth. ÖZ GÜMÜŞ (2) reached the frame on testing turf recently after a close Istanbul defeat however unplaced on all-weather surface. UFUKTEPE (8) made first four on debut at this venue then disappointed twice subsequently. Returning to familiar conditions offers scope for improvement.
