ADAM SMITH (1) turned in a decent effort last start to finish second over 1700m at Dusseldorf. Taking on a better line-up this time but he deserves plenty of thought. SURESNES (4) was last at the races when she finished third over 1700m at Krefeld on August 8. Has ability and should be right in the finish. ALTYN EYE (3) did a good job last start to finish second at this track over 1600m, beaten half a length. Sure to go well. ALONIA (5) finished 5.5 lengths from the winner in fifth at her most recent outing over 1600m at Baden Baden. Looks to be in the right race to figure in the finish.
