NANTASKET BEACH (9) turned in a nice effort last time out at the second run of the campaign and finished just 0.8 lengths from the winner in second over 1609m at this track after being in the firing line on the turn. Likely improver with strong prospects. RISK MANAGER (4) failed to live up to market expectations last start when out of the placings over 3219m in Listed grade at this track (Turf), beaten 10 lengths. This is a nice drop in grade so he is perfectly placed to make amends. WESTSIDE TIDE (6) last appeared seven weeks ago over 1710m at Woodbine when he finished ninth. This is his first run for the Martin Drexler stable. One of the genuine hopes in the race. ST ARMANDS KEY (7) lines up for the first time since July 13. Looking to emulate his win at Fairgrounds at the beginning of last prep. Comes here with definite top-three claims.
