LUPITA (3) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a nice race last time out, finishing second and beaten by less than a length over 1500m at this track. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the top 3 again. PETRONAS (8) finished sixth over 1500m at this track at her most recent appearance on July 27. Definite top-4 chance. JEEP DO JAGUARETE (6) is mixing form recently on the dirt. Finished fifth at Cristal two starts back then improved to score at Cristal over 1380m seven weeks ago. Hard to knock the winning form. Definite each way hope in a tougher race. MEDOC (1) was prominent from the outset when fifth over 1400m at this track last time out. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Will be thereabouts.
