FORTY THREE CENTS (9) is back after a break of 16 months. Went close to a maiden win before the layoff, finishing third at his latest appearance over 1207m at Evangeline Downs (Dirt). Ready for a bold run. BOSS KID (10) showed good early muster and fought on to finish second last start over 1207m at Louisiana Downs (Dirt). Should be on-pace despite the tricky draw. Must raise the bar but another big run is on the cards. MR MO (6) did a fair job on debut last time out, finishing 2 lengths from the winner in third over 1006m at this track (Dirt). Has ability and is among the chances. DR DEAN (3) is a seven-start maiden who resumed from a spell last start and was beaten 5 lengths when sixth over 1207m at Evangeline Downs (Dirt). Will derive great benefit from that outing and deserves consideration.
