REY IMPETUOSO (8) ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 1300m at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. COFFEE BAY (2) did a great job to score by a head over this course and distance when first-up from a spell last start. No reason he cannot salute again. VICTORY DAVID (6) has a moderate winning strike-rate but did a good job when returning from a break last time at this track, finishing fourth and only just over a length from the winner at the end of 1300m. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish. VICTORY DAVID (6) resumed two weeks ago over 1300m at this track and was close up in fourth. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time.
